  • Shoppimon, an Israel-based application performance management platform, closed $2.3M in seed funding. Link
  • Wipro Ventures invested an undisclosed amount in Emailage, a US-based intelligent fraud risk assessment company. Link
  • Delhi-based KartRocket, a do-it-yourself (DIY) e-commerce enabler platform for Indian retailers and SMEs, raised $2M from a Japanese investor. Link
  • Private Equity group EQT has taken a majority stake in Sitecore, the Danish customer experience management software company. Link
  • LA-based Fullscreen has acquired engagement marketing software and technology developer, StageBloc and will rename it Fullscreen Direct. Link
